is an extended team of expertise of Ferndale Kennels & Cattery (Hong Kong) which have been running since 1994 and have been IPATA members since 1997 and have shipped thousands of pets. Our team in Singapore aims to offer a personalised, professional and caring pet relocation service.

Whether you are flying in to or out of Singapore, we pride ourselves on offering complete door to door pet relocation services anywhere in the world, or just help with the bits you can’t do.

Our Operations Manager

Wendy Low has a broad depth of over 15 years experience, leading operational services with pets in Singapore at large boarding centres as well as veterinary hospitals. Our first priority is your pets welfare and they’re in safe hands with us where we will treat them as our own.

Our Vet Founder

Dr Matthew Murdoch BVSc MRCVS (Bristol) has been a veterinarian for over 20 years. He’s an animal lover and started his professional career with charitable animal work in many international areas including Africa, Spain, Greece, and Guatemala.

He believes safety and care come first, and he fully appreciates the anxieties felt by owners relocating with their pets. His compassion and care are second to none. Dr. Matthew firmly believes in the pivotal role of professional expertise in pet relocation, with a steadfast focus on both pet health and animal welfare.

Flying pets in and out of Singapore involves adhering to strict regulations set by the AVS. Before travelling, we help you ensure animals meet all health and vaccination requirements. We assist booking flights with pet-friendly airlines and arranging for inspection upon arrival to ensure a smooth and safe journey for pets travelling to or from Singapore.

Our Head Office Ferndale Kennels in Hong Kong has been Hong Kong’s favourite pet travel business since 1994 – our Singapore office is a branch. As well as flying thousands of pets, being a busy boarding centre, our Head Office are also heavily involved in improving international pet travel standards with our involvement in IPATA since 1997.
