Our Vet Founder

Dr Matthew Murdoch BVSc MRCVS (Bristol) has been a veterinarian for over 20 years. He’s an animal lover and started his professional career with charitable animal work in many international areas including Africa, Spain, Greece, and Guatemala.

He believes safety and care come first, and he fully appreciates the anxieties felt by owners relocating with their pets. His compassion and care are second to none. Dr. Matthew firmly believes in the pivotal role of professional expertise in pet relocation, with a steadfast focus on both pet health and animal welfare.

Bryan is a dedicated dog lover with a strong commitment to canine care, comfort, and well-being. He adopted Bruce, a Singapore Special, in 2015—who has since become a very spoilt (and well-fed!) companion. Bryan is confident in handling fearful or difficult pets. Outside of work, he stays active by playing badminton every Saturday.

Suphalak is a pet export specialist dedicated to making your pet’s travel experience as safe, smooth, and stress-free as possible. She manages every detail of the export process with care and precision, ensuring each pet is well looked after from start to finish. A true animal lover, she has two furkids of her own.

Pearlyn handles the import process for pet relocations, making sure every furry friend arrives in Singapore safely and comfortably. As a proud Pomeranian paw-rent herself, she understands how important every furry family member is. She’s dedicated to ensuring each pet’s journey is smooth and stress-free. On her off days, she loves bringing Skippy out to make new friends!

Christopher handles all the trips for your pets, from their vet visits up until their flight departs!His calm demeanour helps your furry companions get through their understandable apprehension throughout the entire process. Having been a proud parent to both a dog and cat, he has their feelings in mind at all times, ensuring as best he can they stay stress free. During his downtime, Christopher loves vacationing!

Flying pets in and out of Singapore involves adhering to strict regulations set by the AVS. Before travelling, we help you ensure animals meet all health and vaccination requirements. We assist booking flights with pet-friendly airlines and arranging for inspection upon arrival to ensure a smooth and safe journey for pets travelling to or from Singapore.

Our Head Office Ferndale Kennels in Hong Kong has been Hong Kong’s favourite pet travel business since 1994 – our Singapore office is a branch. As well as flying thousands of pets, being a busy boarding centre, our Head Office are also heavily involved in improving international pet travel standards with our involvement in IPATA since 1997.
